Tolko Industries Ltd. is a private Company with manufacturing divisions located in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.  The Corporate office is located in Vernon, BC.

The Manitoba operations are comprised of two divisions, Kraft Papers and Solid Wood.  Kraft Papers is an unbleached sack kraft Paper Mill that provides product for the  multi wall shipping sack market. The Solid Wood Division consists of Woodlands and a Sawmill which produces kiln-dried spruce-pine-fir stud and random length lumber.

Manitoba Woodlands has forest management responsibilities for Forest Management License Area (FMLA) No. 2. The FMLA consists of portions of three Forest Sections: Nelson River, Saskatchewan River and Highrock.

Softwood fibre for both the sawmill and kraft paper mill, located in The Pas, is supplied by Manitoba Woodlands.

Manitoba Woodlands has a head office located in The Pas and an area office in Thompson.
